One does not create a garden with out the help of others! Decades ago, Elsa and Walter Verdehr thought the doggies needed a bigger space, so they facilitated the large Barney Garden. Lloyd realized their gift and built the fence! Also, decades ago, John and Ben Schuberg of Missoula dug the koi pond…almost 6 ft deep through Montana rocky soils. It took all day with a hot dog break!!
The Verdehr Garten and Schuberg Pond were named this week.
